The Kinetic DX has returned as an electric scooter, with the new DX and DX+ bringing Kinetic's familiar scooter nameplate into the modern EV market. The lineup combines LFP battery technology, metal-body construction, connected features and up to 132km of claimed IDC-certified range in the DX+ 3.1 kWh version.

For buyers, the more important story is that Kinetic is offering two distinct versions rather than a single specification: the DX starts at ₹1,11,499 ex-showroom in Pune, while the DX+ is positioned higher with additional convenience equipment and larger battery options.

What Is New About the Kinetic DX EV?

The new Kinetic DX is an electric interpretation of a name associated with Kinetic's scooter history. The company describes the new generation as combining its automotive legacy with a modern electric powertrain and its Range-X LFP battery technology.

The current lineup includes the Kinetic DX and Kinetic DX+. Both use a BLDC hub motor, LFP batteries and a metal body. Their mechanical specifications are broadly similar, but battery capacity, charging equipment, riding modes and other equipment vary between versions.
