Aprilia Racing has presented Aprilia RSV4 XTrenta. It has been made by the Noale Racing Department. It is the first motorbike in the world with rear and under wings. It is produced in a limited and numbered series of 100 units.
A few features of this racing bike are:
  • All the parts of carbon fairing are made by PAN Compositi and incorporates both the front wings and the new rear wings, on the tail
  • First bike in the world to mount the under-wing on the swingarm, the lower wing commonly called the Spoon in MotoGP
  • Aerodynamic load increased by 25% and drag reduced by 4%
  • Power 230hp with weight 166kg
  • Titanium and Carbon exhaust system
  • Sprint filter air filter
  • A full titanium silencer available as an option
  • Water and Oil radiators are Superbike-derived Taleo Tecnoracing
  • Performance is managed by a specially calibrated Magneti Marelli control unit
  • Transmission features PBR-branded titanium sprocket
  • Electronic suite is controlled by a JetPrime racing panel
  • Accessories: Footpegs, handlebar levers, CNC fuel cap by Spider
  • Ohlins suspension modified by Andreani in collaboration with Aprilia MotoGP engineers
  • Billet steering plate
  • Braking system: Brembo branded, GP4-MS billet monobloc calipers and 330mm T-drive discs at the front
