The Lamborghini Revuelto SV takes the brand’s V12 hybrid supercar formula to its most extreme level yet, delivering 1,065 CV and a claimed top speed of 348 km/h. But the real story is not simply the extra power: Lamborghini has substantially reworked the aerodynamics, suspension, brakes, tyres and electronic systems to make the car more focused on high-performance driving.

Limited to just 1,963 units, the Revuelto SV is also the latest chapter in Lamborghini’s Super Veloce lineage, a tradition that began with the Miura SV more than five decades ago. It is the first SV model in Lamborghini history to combine the Super Veloce philosophy with a hybrid electric V12 powertrain.

The dedicated Pilota mode is particularly significant. Activated through a rotary control on the steering wheel, it introduces a bespoke five-stage traction-control setup derived from Lamborghini’s GT3 racing experience and is designed to give experienced drivers greater control over the car on a circuit.

The electric motors are not simply there to reduce fuel consumption. Lamborghini uses them to provide rapid torque distribution and electric torque vectoring, helping improve traction, turn-in response and corner-exit grip.

The new battery system is also claimed to provide up to four times greater performance consistency than the standard Revuelto during demanding track use. That is an important distinction for a car designed to deliver repeated high-performance laps rather than just one spectacular acceleration run.

Aerodynamics Get a Major Overhaul

Lamborghini has redesigned the Revuelto SV’s aerodynamic package around increased downforce and improved high-speed stability. The front splitter, underbody, cooling channels, rear wing and Gurney flap all contribute to the car’s revised aerodynamic balance.

According to Lamborghini, the Revuelto SV generates 80 percent more total downforce than the standard Revuelto and achieves a 60 percent improvement in downforce-to-drag efficiency. The company also says total downforce is 10 percent higher than the Aventador SVJ.

The suspension receives manually adjustable passive dampers derived from GT3 racing technology. Lamborghini says the revised setup delivers 17 percent greater agility and 10 percent more lateral grip compared with the standard Revuelto.

The braking system is equally serious. The Revuelto SV introduces CCM R Plus carbon ceramic brakes, with 420 x 40 mm discs at the front and 410 x 32 mm units at the rear.

The Revuelto SV has already produced a notable circuit result. Lamborghini factory driver Marco Mapelli recorded a 1:41.6 lap at Germany’s Hockenheimring, which Lamborghini identifies as the fastest production-car lap recorded at the circuit.

Hockenheim is particularly relevant because its layout combines high-speed sections, heavy braking zones and technical corners. That makes the lap time a useful demonstration of the SV’s braking, aerodynamic and chassis development rather than simply its straight-line acceleration.

Price and Production

Lamborghini has confirmed a limited production run of 1,963 Revuelto SV examples. The number pays tribute to 1963, the year Automobili Lamborghini was founded, and the company says the cars are reserved for its most loyal customers and collectors.

Launch and Availability
