Mahindra Scorpio-N gets 5 star Global NCAP rating

Mahindra Scorpio-N gets 5 star Global NCAP rating (Global New Car Assessment Programme) for Adult and 3-star rating for Child occupants. The Scorpio-N also complied with additional tests including Pole side impact, Pedestrain protection UN127, Electronic stability control (ESC) according to GTR8 and its fitment and side head protection airbag fitment. The Scorpio-N is the first Body on Frame SUV to get the 5 star rating. The new protocols of GNCAP came into effect from 01 July 2022.

Suzuki Motor Corporation has officially launched its first mass-production battery electric vehicle (BEV), the e VITARA, at the EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy. Production of the e VITARA is set to begin at Suzuki Motor Gujarat in India in spring 2025, with sales expected to roll out across various countries, including Europe, India, and Japan, by summer 2025.
